Crazy Hair!

Bumbo Seat

We put Ava in the Bumbo seat for the first time the other day. She loved it. I think she enjoyed sitting up and seeing everybody. When Lily got up from her nap and saw Ava in the Bumbo seat, she went crazy. She was so excited to see Ava sitting up. She started rubbing her head, giving her kisses, reading her books, and bear crawling around her in circles.  It was hilarious. After Ava got out, Lily tried to sit in it and almost got stuck.

  Here are a few recent photos of Lily.

The shopping cart is her latest favorite thing to push around.  Her and Ava have also become buddies. Lily loves giving Ava "sugar" and cuddling.

Ava Rolling Over

Ava rolled over last night for the first time! She has been doing it all day, whenever I lay her on her back. The only problem is, once she rolls to her stomach, she gets mad because she doesn't like to lay on her stomach. She lays there and cries until I roll her onto her back.
She then immediately tries to roll back onto her stomach, and the process continues.

This is a first attempt for me to post a video. Ava has become very talkative over the past week. Today I captured her talking after her bath.

Big Sister

Here are a few recent photos of Lily and Ava. Lily likes to give Ava kisses while Ava is in her swing. She has also started bringing things to Ava, instead of burying her with them. Lily brings Ava all kinds of things while she is on her playmat (books, shoes, socks, blankets, etc).
